Vladimír Gazda

Vladimír Gazda is the principal researcher of this project. Prof. Vladimír Gazda serves as the full professor at the Faculty of Economics, Technical University of Kosice. At the present time, he is a guarantor of the study programme “Finance, Banking and Investment” at Faculty of Economics TUKE at at master degree program. In addition, he is a guarantor of PhD study and inaugural and habilitation procedures. Areas of his interest include modern economic approaches using knowledge from discrete mathematics, agent modeling, capital markets or experimental economics. He is personally responsible for several subjects that are closely related to the project proposal, e.g. Game Theory, Econometrics and Quantitative Microeconomics. During his professional career he was invited for research stays at Aristoteles University in Thessaloniky and Erazmus University in Rotterdam. He has published several refereed papers in current content journals, among others, in Journal of economic interaction and coordination, Telecommunication Systems, Czech Journal of Economics and Finance, Eurasip Journal of Wireless Communication and Networking, Journal of Networks and System Management, Computer Networks, etc. In the past, he was on the editorial board of the Ekonomické spektrum journal and Podniková revue journal, both published in Slovakia. He is regularly working as a referee of several ISI journals.


Peter Drotár

Peter Drotár received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics from Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia in 2007 and 2010, respectively. From 2010 to 2012, he was with Honeywell International, Advanced Technology Europe as Scientist for Communication and Surveillance systems. From 2012 to 2015, he was with SIX research centre, Brno University of Technology as postdoctoral research assistant. He acted as a visiting researcher at University of Southern California, LA, USA, Ramon Llull University in Barcelona, ESP and Hamburg University of Technology, Hamburg-Harburg, GER. Currently, he is Associate Professor at the Department of Computers and Informatics, Technical University of Kosice.

Peter Gnip

Peter Gnip received his BSc. and MSc. degrees in Informatic from Technical University of Kosice, Slovakia, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. Actually, he is a PhD student at the Department of Computers and Informatics, Technical University of Kosice. His research focuses on the application of machine learning approaches to a strongly imbalanced dataset.

Róbert Kanasz

Róber Kanasz is a PhD student at the Department of Computers and Informatics, Technical University of Kosice. His research focuses on machine learning, business data analytics and neural networks.


Jana Zausinová

Jana is Assistant Professor on Faculty of Economics, Technical university of Košice. Topic of her dissertation thesis involves markets with frequency spectrum. She teaches following subjects: Econometrics, Game Theory and International Finances. Among her scientific interests belong complexity economics, agent-based modelling, economic aspects of telecommunication systems and Game Theory. She presented results of her research on numerous domestic and international conferences. She will be responsible for programming of models, performing simulations and result analysis.


Martin Zoričák

Martin current position is as Assistant Professor on Faculty of Economics, Technical University of Košice, where he earned his PhD. degree in year 2018. he teaches subjects in a field of finance. Subjects of his scientific interest are complexity economics, agent-based modelling, tax systems and experimental economics. He will be responsible for economic aspects in models of the proposed project. His publications are mainly articles presented on international conferences.
